Vehicle Keeper Marking Register–VKM
Vehicle Keeper Marking Register–The Vehicle Keeper Marking Register contains unique vehicle keeper markings and is updated monthly. Vehicle Keeper Marking (VKM) is a two to five letter marking code written on each vehicle in the vicinity of the EVN. The VKM indicates the keeper of the vehicle as registered in the ERV. The VKM shall be uniform and valid in all countries covered by this Decision that conclude an agreement on the use of the vehicle numbering and keeper marking system as described in Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1614.
